Use this simple and handy ruler to cut EPP shapes using your paper pieces as templates.  It's small size makes it perfect for throwing in your EPP kit for on the go measuring and cutting.  Simply line up the middle line against your paper, and cut along the edge of ruler.  Use the pointed ends to bevel the corners and reduce bulk.  The ruler has markings for 1/4" and 3/8" seam allowances.
